About Me
2020 Neltje Blanchan Award Winner (and 2019 Honorable Mention) for writing “informed by a relationship with the natural world.”
My birthplace in Maine is traditional homeland to Wabanaki peoples; now i live in western Wyoming, home for Shoshone, Bannock and Apsaalooke. My ancestral lineage traces to Britain and Ireland, and my writing wrestles to imagine the ways we might fit within our shifting world, how we are all one and each, many.
2019 Masters in Fine Arts awarded by Maine’s Stonecoast Program (fiction emphasis) https://usm.maine.edu/stonecoastmfa
